Special Programs

Peer Mediation

As an alternative to conflict, this program enables students to talk out their difficulties and resolve then in a peaceful manner.

Advisory Groups

Students in 7th & 8th grade meet in small groups once a week with an Advisor to discuss academic and social concerns.

Science Fair

Annual event with top students representing SFA at the Diocesan Science Fair.

Spring and Christmas Shows

Our school shows are theme based and connect the various grades in a special production. The students present drama, song and dance showcasing the talents of every child. The teachers involve the students in the creation of dance routines and stage props.

Oratorical Contest

Grades 6-7-8, with the top student representing SFA in a Diocesan competition.

Homework Help Program: Tuesday - Thursday, 2:15PM - 4:00PM
Prep Classes for New York State Tests: Grades 4 & 8 (TBA)
