Looking at nature in our schoolyards

The photos below show the students at recess. The younger students found a beautiful slug last Thursday with a tiny baby slug nearby. On Tuesday, a slug was visible in the crack in the wall. The  students are sure the slug is the baby grown to about  2 inches.We named the slug "October" because it was discovered this  this monthOct outdoor photos2011 (38).JPG
