Tuition & Fees

SFACA participates in The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) through the NY DOE. The program could save your family more than $250 per year for each of your children while providing your child with nutritious and delicious meals. The program provides free and reduced-price school lunches to those whose household income is within certain guidelines. All SFACA families must complete a lunch application form or apply online for the program at https://www.myschoolapps.com/Application.

For the 2021-2022 school year, the price for lunch is as follows:

  • Codes 3, 4, 5 are required to pay $1.75 per lunch
  • Codes A, 1, 2 are free

In an effort to combat the spread of childhood obesity and the serious diseases associated with it such as diabetes, SchoolFood reinforces nutritional standards and policies. The breakfast and lunch menu items do not contain any of these ingredients.

  • BHA, BHT, MSG, Sodium Nitrate, or Potassium Bromate
  • Artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners
  • Palm oil or coconut oil
  • Trans Fats

Every family is required to pay tuition through the FACTS Management Company.  The Finance Office at SFACA does not accept tuition payments.  New families and returning families who are not yet enrolled in FACTS can set up a FACTS account at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3FYWC.

Each family must choose:

  1. a payment method: ACH or Invoice,
  2. a payment plan: payment in full, semi-annual payments, quarterly payments or ten monthly payments,
  3. a beginning month (June or July), and
  4. a due date (5th or 20th).  There is a one-time FACTS service charge for maintaining your account.

For any tuition questions or questions about the FACTS payment system, please contact the Financial Administrator at 646-998-7584.
